Anyone looking for an average android experience and not willing to spend ...This handset is of some Spreadtrum make, when u are powering the phone on keep pressing the high volume button continuously u will get to know, one thing that I noticed is that whenever u make/receive a call, the proximity sensor , located a little towards the right hand side of the front camera begins to blinknnEven though Flipkart has not listed what GPU is present in the handset, it is an:nOpen GLnVendor: ARMnRenderer: Mali-300nVersion: OpenGL ES 2.0nRan a full benchmark test using quadrant, following are few / some interesting results:nCPUnName: ARMv7 Processor rev (v7I)nCurrent Frequency.: 1000MHznMax freq.: 1000MHznMin freq.: 400MHznCores : 1nArchitecture: 7nBogoMIPS: 1024.00nHardware: SP6820AnRevision: 1nTotal Memory: 221652KBnSensors:nKionix KXTJ9 3-axis accelerometernProximity Light-proximity SensornGravity SensornLinear Acceleration SensornRotation Vector Sensorn nPros:nPrice as it’s a bang for the bucknTouch is super awesomenLooks decent enoughnvoice clarity on calls is above averagenEven on the lowest screen brightness setting, it is brighter than my friends Sony Xperia SnSunlight visibility is great even at a 40% brightness settings nnCons:nInternal memory shows only 200 Mb against the advertised 256 MbnRAM Shows a total of 216 MB against the advertised 256 MbnScratch Guard and Case NOT easily availablenBack cover, finger print magnet and gets very easily scratchednNot meant for people with butter fingers nCharging time long 4 HOURS I personally recommend using a Sony/Samsung charger nWhen connected to PC via USB, the touch screen gets extremely un responsive especially the unlocking of the main home screennBluetooth transfers to the handset are MISERABLY SLOWnPathetic Camera, don’t even think of clicking in less light conditionsnBattery even though a 1500mAh, the power management system is sadnWHO SAID TEMPLE RUN WORKS FINE
It has been 3 days since i am owning the mobile. (I had used sony arc S, neo V, samsung galaxy y , nexus s. before)nnIts has all the specifications as displayed, rear 3 mpxl cam, front 1.3 cam.nandroid 2.3, a 1ghz processor , 15oomah battery etc.nI checked with Quadrant standard, it showed up all the mentioned sensors were working.nnIt played temple run 2 quite well.nHere are the Pros and cons:nPROSn1. Its fast, no lags, good touch response,n2. As said you would get no better value for money in the range of 3500.n3.Got a good screen protector.n4. a fine 1500mah batteryn5. white and silver color looks fine n6. Has a good PPi ¬ 180 or so pixel per inch.n7.Has swype text and word prediction (brought to you bu touchpal app )nCONS:n1. Earphones have ear buds (like Sony earphones) , but sound quality is terrible . no bass. normal volume ( not too loud, not too low )n2. Dust get accumulated in the earpiece easily, be carefuln3.I think the paint goes off (chrome) if not handled welln4. Please note that it does not has GPS, 3g and its android is 2.3.5 gingerbread. There is no XDA development for it( you can't even think of it :-D )n5.the back side where its silver, is very slippery, be careful in handling it. once fallen, its gone.n6. As its a uncommon product, you may not be able to find a silicon pouch for it.nn Please note that the image that's displayed ( looks like HTC UI, ) is not real, you can expect it to be like samsung galaxy y.nnVerdict : IF you are planning to buy a budget android phone below 5k, go for it without any doubt. If your product is DOA, flipkart will replace it ;-).
