User Reviews for Canon PIXMA E400 Multi Function Inkjet Printer

This is the worst experience I have had ever in the past 5-8 years of online shopping. The Printer was completely damaged and broken. I have been requesting for a Return for almost 1 month, but there has been No action taken from Flipkart. Every time I call I am told that it will take 3-4 days for the Return pick up. Exasperating and pathetic. Not accepted and expected from Flipkart.

I had a choice; to go for this or the HP Ink Advantage 1515. Here are my comparisons of the costs of both:nnPrice: HP - Rs. 4,600. Canon Rs. 3,900nnHP 678 Black Ink Cartrige - 480 pages - Rs. 435nHP 678 Color Cartridge - 150 pages - Rs. 435nnCanon PG47 Black Ink Cartridge - 400 pages - Rs. 435nCanon CL57 Color Cartridge - 300 pages - Rs . 958nnThe prices of the per page printing costs are evenly matched between the two printers.nOne reason I went for the Canon was my good experience with Canon products, another was the fact that the top surface of the printer is black/grey, compared to the all white HP.nnOver time, this means that dirt will not look too bad on the Canon, while the HP's pristine white will look ugly and smudged.nnOtherwise, both printers have similar specs, and the HP seems to be the leader in the category of below Rs. 5,000 all-in-one printers.nnStill, my verdict, the Canon E400 is a very good buy. If you can stretch a few hundred more and only want a Canon, the E510 is probably a better option.nnElse the HP 2525 for Rs. 5,500 has wireless printing, which will be useful feature for some.

best printer but one thing that disapointed me it can't support a4 glossy paper its mean this printer is not able to print in a4 photo paper if you print on a4 plain paper ink will be release on printed plain paper

I bought this today from my local shop.... Excellent printer... Does exactly what its supposed to do... Crisp print quality... Great for normal home use... Go for it! You won't regret...
