Have purchased the ac and got it installed on 14th Oct 2017 through Flipkart, also opted for AMC of 2 years from Jeeves.com. Now the ac is has stopped working. There is no customer support available even in warranty period. Very bad service. Donot opt for this product through Flipkart.
Best in class with cyclojet technology, 5 star rating, 3.61 EER, I didn't took jeeves installation , I called carrier toll free number mentioned on box of AC the guy came next day , outdoor water unit is not provided so I have to pay 350 for that, 1500+350=1850 total , no GST as they didn't earn more than 20 lakh (as the guy told me that his employer didn't earn 20 lakh in a FY). Immediately pack the extra cutout in wall made to get copper wire out of room with white cement or the cool air of room will go out through that gap . Cools instantly within 5 minutes to 7 min . Sound is very low in comparison to other ac. Brand you can trust as it's among top 5 AC manufacturers. Using in Mumbai. Got after all discount on SBI card 27000, took lot of research and finally bought this one and totally satisfied till now. If gas leaks within 1 year then you'll get it refilled at free of cost, total 3 service will be provided by carrier at free of cost in a year from Date of purchase. 2 dry 1 wet ( don't know what's difference as never bought ac before). And after all money matters you can get O general..... etc etc but at what price and according to that price - quality valuation I think it's best .
