Excellent Product from Carrier. Manufactured in Feb-16 Cools my 10x12 room in 10 mins. no noise at all while in operation. Flipkart offered great pricing. Nowhere outside in market one can get 5 star rated AC from brand like carrier in this price Following features are missing in product description mentioned on Flipkart but are there in AC 1. Follow me - press button on remote and it will activate sensor and AC will chill the area where remote is kept. 2. Auto clean. Nice set of manuals within the box. Note - Instead of getting installed from Flipkart certified vendor which flipkart will initiate once AC is delivered. I called carrier support and got it installed the very next day of delivery. Better to call the carrier support and get it installed so that warranty is kept intact. Just go for this one if you are in search of AC. Total Value for Money product. Flipkart Delivery is awesome.

Flipkart as usual delivery was prompt next day itself it got delivered and then call from Jeeves may be third party installer they told it will cost ˜1800 Rs including bracket to fit outdoor unit. nnI preferred to install from Carrier they charged 2400 Rs but installation was very good. Room gets chilled in 2-3 mins of time (12*11 size). Overall experience was good. nnThanks to Flipkart for good handling of product.

Defective product, when complained to flipkart no one answerable, worst service . Not even worked for one day. Ice bergs and water drops falling from the indoor unit.I have plan to complain to consumer court.

I purchase this A/C on 12th April and my Bedroom size is 13 * 13 and the carrier had reduced the cooling capacity in this model to 4800 from 5050 earlier models to save the electricity consumption from 1471 to 1370. This change in cooling capacity is a big draw back and you don’t even feel the A/C till 25 min if your room size is more than 12* 12 and in the summer 25 min is a big time to feel the A/C is on and auto mode is just a waste of features in this. The only better way to use this A/C for bigger rooms is always keep the mode in Cool and Fan in High so that at least you feel better. Better to go with Superia model which has the cooling capacity of 5420 by spending more Rs 2500 more. And to keep the warranty intact better to get this installed with carrier customer care if you book an appointment after you place an order you can get this installed on the same day of delivery which is not the case if you get this installed from flipkart you need to wait again for 2 days.
