Nice cooling, noiseless operation, elegant looking.

Worst installation experience ever, these guys make bill and charge for everything, outdoor units Holder installation, indoor unit, stabilizer. All at separate charge. You can get installation done from market at 1200 they charge you 1500+this+that. You can buy monitor in 500 they charge you 700, 800 again +monitor set up charge + this +that.

Nice ac, amazing Flipkart delivery, delivered in less than 24hrs

Worst mistake of my life to choose flipkart to buy this AC, Jeeves guy installed this on the day i wanted and he installed it up to my expectations, he gave us demo, however, it was pretty cold in mumbai in that week so i didn't run the AC for next couple of days, on fourh day of installation I ran it and realized it was not cooling at all, there was oil visible on the pipe connecting the outdoor unit and leakage of refrigerant gas was confirmed, I tried contacting Jeeves but i was told they should get a confirmation from flipkart regarding this issue, so I registered a complaint on flipkart within 10 days of installation, however flipkart application was not showing any return option on it so return could not be initiated at my end, on the 5th day of complaint registration I got a call back from flipkart (meanwhile i called flipkart thrice to know the status but they kept me giving postponed dates every time), and flipkart told me that no return is now possible as 10 days since installation are over, i trust that flipkart purposely called me on 11th day after installation so that i can no longer raise a return request, flipkart is now suggesting me to contact Carrier directly, I'm regretting like anything for buying this thing from flipkart, i suggest you to buy it directly from Carrier because anyway you will have to seek for Carrier's help if it turns out to be an anticlimax, flipkart will leave you helpless and they will delay in contacting you back purposely to lapse the allowable return period

Product is excellent. Got a good deal on price. Quality and functioning is also superb. Only issue is with delivery as flipkart takes order for home delivery(for remote areas but with excellent road connectivity) but their logistics partner refuse to home deliver the product and you have to travel 60 km to get the product. Not happy with this.
