I booked this AC on 9th May 15 and was delivered at my residence on 13th May 15 (Mumbai to Ahmedabad). They has delivered in committed time and I have no complain about it. As I talked with Flipkart customer care, we have to install the AC with the fitter from Flipkart only else Guarantee / Warranty will be voided. Even though it is not valid if we go with Authorized Carrier installer. Worst scenario starts here. Installer claimed Rs. 1500 for installation, Rs. 1500 for Core cutting and Rs. 700 for Stand (all are quite high compare to local market). Now, cumulative cost goes to Rs. 30,700/-, with such cost too many options are available with many local company dealers. Still Flipkart installer not installed AC at my residence (16th May), we approached Flipkart customer care but it seems they have no control on installer and not interested for such customer services. We approached installer on the number given by Flipkart, they seems very harsh in talking and acted like they have tremendous monopoly on such things. Earlier I bought two AC’s from local dealer of the area and felt wonderful experience of customer care. They installed it within 2 days of booking and we experienced very Fast, Economy and polite services because local dealer’s ‘Bread Butter’ depends on such market only where in case of Flipkart its not as of my knowledge.
Booked the AC on Sunday, got the delivery by Thursday. Delivery guys were polite and professional. They could not oblige to my request of delivery after 6 pm as they claimed they were too loaded on that particular day. Although the delivery is not as fast as it is in case of small items, it is well managed and delivered on promised date if not before. Once the AC is delivered, WS retail raises a installation request at AC OEM (Carrier in my case) and the next day the installation was done. nnPros: nPowerful nSilent Operation nCompetitive online pricing as compared to marketnAc delivered was manufactured barely 20 days ago, so u get a relatively new product. nnCons:nInstallation experience can be improved. I got the product few days back and found that colling capacity mentioned in th flipkart site is 3663W, but actuly in the product box is 3500W.. Raised complient with Flipkat on same..! nTechnical specification missmatch in the product
