Pros: I bought this AC with hot and cold options to accomodate climate conditions in Bangalore City. Tried all features including Heating and Cooling options and works perfectly. Faster Delivery, delivered in 7 days. Professional AC Installation service. Snapdeal customer service is very kind and supportive. Cons: No free AC installation for such huge price. Carrier installation guys took 15 days after request was made. Need multiple followups and escalation to Snapdeal Customer Care for AC installation. Customer to buy Compressor Stand, Copper Pipe, Voltage Stabiliser separately
Purchased this one 20days back. Pros: installation from company was quick and upto mark. no complain. Cooling and Heating both working well. This time weather is ok so not much used, may be next time i will give you more realistic performance review. Cons: No copper pipe was available. other than installation chanrge of 1500, i had to pay for copper pipe, trolley and stabilizer. Carrier is well known brand so you may go ahead.
