no panels are available

i purchased this mobile after 15 days only screen mirror damaged(broken) i went to customer service they said panels are not available my number is 9849718713 and my name is p.kanaka babu if possible please send me new panel my address is 14-64/A, p&t colony, dilshuknagar ,hyderabad-500060
