HOW EVER DO NOT BUY AIR CONDITIONER MACHINES FROM FLIPKART OR AS A MATTER OF FACT ANY OTHER HIGH VALUE ITEMS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HONOUR WARRANT. I JUST RECENTLY ORDERED A DAIKIN AC , WHERE FLIPKART SAID WARRANTY WILL BE PROVIDED BY DAIKIN , BUT DAIKIN HAS TOTALLY REFUSED ANY WARRANTY SUPPORT ON THE AC . SO MY STATUS IS LIKE BUYING AN AC FROM THE GREY MARKET . SO BUYERS BEWARE . ALSO THEY ARE NOT POSTING MY REVIEW IN THE DAIKIN PRODUCT REVIEW SO IAM

Once i ordered the product, i just called to daikin customer care, they clearly informed me that warranty will not cover by daikin, so before order this product, enquiry with daikin customer care.

* Daikin service took 2 weeks because the coolant gas (used to install all ACs ) is apparently rarer and more difficult to procure than Rhodium.n* AC stops working again 4-5 days of usage. n* Daikin sends someone who was very good at identifying that the AC in fact wasn't working as I claimed in the complaint, but was incompetent at finding anything further.n* Daikin sends an "engineer" and he repeats the same analysis and returns acknowledging that AC is not working.n* By about the 3rd visit I send a mail to service heads and regional head about the issue. Daikin sends an automated response saying a complaint has been registered.n* By around 5th visit the personnel stop closing the cover and chassis of the unit when they leave because they have to open it again in a few days. n* AC finally starts working after 11th visit. But all further mails regarding the service and escalations go unacknowledged. nnTL;DR : Service sucks. Won't be replaced even for manufacturer faults identified during warranty period.

Average product. Cooling is not expected and remote is not having more options.nNot up to the mark.

The delivery was good and was on time. nnThe product is good but when it comes to service it was such a bad response from the service centre. They said, "You will buy product in online, why should we service for that ?" [literally translated]nnWe bought this product for my in-laws considering the fact that the service will be good. I feel bad now that I have chosen this in flipkart. I strongly dont recommend this product to be bought in online.
