Have been using Daikin since the past 5 years that i purchased from a dealer. When i found out Daikin is available on Flipkart, i just ordered for my new house. Delivery was brilliant, within 24 hours. Well packed. Faced issues during installation as the daikin dealer who would install was not very efficient. But i know the product quality of Daikin, hence that dint really bother me much. One Issue i faced - On receiving the ac when i called Daikin for installation (as advised by Flipkart), to my shock, i was told by helpline, "Daikin products sold on flipkart is not covered under warranty". Shocking. Flipkart got in touch with Daikin and assured me that all the products have warranty as promised. Flipkart went ahead and assured that if in case Daikin ever refused in future, flipkart would refund the entire amount. The product has been well installed and working very well. Once a flipkart fan, always a flipkart fan!
