Perfect dual device

Dell XPS 12 is the perfect device. It is very light and small like an actual notebook. The material quality is very good and the finish is excellent. The aluminium edges, gets scratched easily, must be used with care. The battery lasts for minimum 5 hours to maximum 10 hours (with lowest screen brightness). It also gets fully charged within two hours. It does not hang at all, the system ie able to handle all applications easily. Flip the screen and it is a, whole different experience, the screen can sense ten touch inputs simultaneously, very smooth and is full hd (1920x1080). It has auto rotate feature controlled by a button on the side of the top left corner. The volume buttons and power buttons are placed in a easy accesible spot. Speakers are good, good clarity at full volume also. Mic is very sensitive and picks voice easily. Webcam is sufficient for skyping and other online communications. Keyboard is palm friendly and the touchpad is multitouch with very good senstivity and is rugged. For additonal display support it has only one mini-display port (you have to get adaptors according to your requirement). You have two high speed usb slots but only one slot has the power share feature (charge phone and other devices with laptop off). You require 8GB of RAM minimum for this laptop (do not get 4GB RAM model) The best feature of the laptop is the 512GB SSD, very responsive, lightning fast tranfer rate and energy efficient. According to me, the only con is that it does not have a dedicated graphics card but, I was able to play Watch Dogs with lower settings at 1920x1080@>24fps. The battery lasted only 2.5 hours though and the laptop was runing hot but not unbearable for your lap. A sim card slot would have made this a complete device. But, one could always use the hotspot facility of android devices to compensate connectivity. To conclude this is the best device for both business and fun. Lots of power backup, processing power and storage space. Best suited for business, students and just about anyone who travel a lot. Not for expert-analysts, designers and gamers (they require too much processing power for the work they do).
