Very Happy with this product, performance is faster and it looks like Apple MacBook.nSSD Memory makes it more faster & Easy to carry daily as the weight is just 1.4kgnThanx to Flipkart for faster delivery.nOnly facing 1 issue. I got offer of 2 year extended warranty @ Rs 999/- during purchase but flipkart customer support executive is saying that it has not updated in their system, now I dont know that who will help in this either Flipkart or Dell.
This is my first laptop it is very slim, lightweight, support fastcharging, display quality and viewing angles are great. This laptop comes with ssd, office and mcafee 15 months subscription
In description , processor was i3 8th but i got 7th gen
Today I received the product, I have no serious problem with the product though the display quality is not so good but a serious issue with the seller RetailNet. The seller doesn't send any invoice with the product. I dont to know why Flipkart is listing such seller who is showing this kind of negligence while shipping the product.
Good product ... Heating is Ok ...not too much high ( if you are aware of heating problem in Dell and Hp laptops ) ... For studying purpose – it is good . If you can afford Apple – then you should go for it. I have purchased both in a month .
