worst customer support ..and very worst seller response . i had an issue in that product ...so i made an replacement ...hell guyz ur gona believe it r not ..it took me 52 days nd around 20-25 calls to flipkart customer support to get my refund..... ..
The specification are right except for being this laptop is backlit keyboard. This laptop is inspiron 14 7000,but the picts given are inspiron 5000 series. I recommend flipkart to change the pic once becoz it's misleading and confusing,but no success.
