Hi All, I bought this product & was really disappointed to see the condition of laptop. I am buying products from long back but never faced any issue. Below are the things that forced me that I did not get genuine & brand new product. 1. I did not get any invoice of my product. 2. The condition of touchpad was so dirty. By looking only one can figure it out that some one used it earlier. 3. There is already one user account created with a name Harish & worst it is password protected. 4. I checked the browser history & found that surfing & downloading on this laptop was going on from last month. 5. I checked the installed program history & got to know some softwares/drivers were installed long back. 6. Last but the most important point is, the tag which is mention on the back of this Dell laptop is not matching correctly from official Dell site(On Dell site it is saying that it is touch screen but it is not) I suggest you all to check these kind of thing if you buying laptops from Flipkart. Even though I format it, people can get access to files. They just don't understand it and want to compensate with a Rs. 1000 wallet money. very shame on them..

Hey .. I just got this laptop 2 days back. Was little scared to get into Linux (Ubuntu) world from Windows.... but guys believe me, inspite of being from software technical background, NONE of my skills were required to work on Ubuntu. I can bet.. Ubuntu is better than windows in many terms.. like battery usage, speed, virus free.. it's totally hassle free.. for using external HDD, pen drives, word, excel, ppt files, wireless , LAN connection, surfing.. and all.. (that’s wat I have tried till now ;) ) As this is the only product with i3 that gives you 2 ports of USB 3.0 with 2 ports of USB 2.0.. so definitely this is the best deal.. if you go with i3. Was little shocked to see.. after using my new laptop for around 5-6 hrs for data transfer between 2 HDD and simultaneously watching movie.. my Laptop was cool.. really.. not even little hot.. this was definitely due to i3 processor new architecture and UBUNTU.. because windows sucks.. battery and processor too.. Guys go for UBUNTU don't waste your hard earned money in windows.. P.S: I don't know y guys go for i5 or higher.. as far is know i3 is capable to server all possible load that we can put on it... if you use high-end games with v high graphics OR using high-end photo editing tools like Maya and all.. u can think for i5 .. else this is the best one..

Such a bad service by flipkart i have never seen till now. customer care team is behaves very badly and gives false promise. this laptop is very worst laptop. Whatever processor/configuration/models it may have but the heating problem is same.it heats like hell. Due to this heating, after 5-6 min it starts hanging, can damage the internal parts of the laptop too, Due to this excessive heating the laptops shuts down directly. Dell products are just to deceive the public.i'm totally unsatisfied with DELL laptops. im requesting you guys please dont buy this product.

I didn't bought from flipkart, i purchased it from a friend of mine and he also recommended this laptop to me. I am using it since a month and its a best laptop. If your are searching for a laptop for personal use and it is the best. Normal games could be played fair. Multi Tasking also very good my speed doesn't go down if i use two or more applications.
