The Dell Inspiron 15 3521 (3521C4500iB) may be a low range gadget but is packed with a host of surprising features which make it a good deal. If you ignore the mediocre processor considering the price, you have the 1MP webcam, high speed optical drive and notable connectivity options including two advanced USB ports. It runs on latest Windows platform as well.

The Dell Inspiron 15 3521 (3521C4500iB) has been spotted with an HD LED backlit True Life display which ensures bright and glossy viewing experience, especially while playing media files. The 15.6-inch panel features the usual resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels.
