Product is very good but the offer which was mentioned at the time of purchase is not given at the time of delivery. I dint received the sennheisser headphones which are mentoned at th time of purchase. And even after multiple complaints I was simply told by the customer care executives that offer is not present at the time of purchase. SO I THINK WE SHOULD TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THE PRODUCT OFFERS AND DETAILS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
Packaging was good, and the configuration Dell provides is nice. My wife bought it for her brother, value for money.
