The Dell Inspiron 17 (i5748-2143sLV) Laptop is a strong performer laptop with sound battery backup. It has an HD webcam which captures good quality videos and aids video calling. However, apart from that, the laptop fails to impress on other grounds, as one expects a dedicated GPU and a Full-HD display for the hefty price it tags.

The Dell Inspiron 17 (i5748-2143sLV) Laptop features a 17.3-inch IPS LED-backlit display, which offers a screen resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels with wide viewing angles. In order to run the system, there is a 1.9 GHz Intel Core i3 4030U (4th Gen) processor, which is also assisted by a 4GB of DDR3 RAM for smooth operation of the device. It also features an integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 graphics card for better display configuration. The laptop runs on Professional Windows 8.1 operating system floating upon 64-bit architecture.
