Overall: I took this after suffering frustration from a HP Pavillion 2228TU model. It looks good and is priced decently. Performance wise the unit has no issues and all drivers are available easily on the Dell website.

The Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop is a great deal of package. The machine has a good display which allows clear vision from any angle, has ample memory to store your files, provides superb performance and allows smooth switching between tasks. If you look for a medium budget Ubuntu device with most needed features, this laptop is a good option.

The Dell Vostro 2420 laptop sports a 14-inch HD WLED Anti-glare display offering HD resolution of 1366x768 pixels.
