I placed order for the same laptop but I received laptop with Core i3 processor. The replacement was done after 8days and I was told that that flipkart does not have the same laptop in core i5 configuration so i was left with no choice but to return them the product. They also said that their portal is showing wrong information regarding this laptop! This is nothing but misleading the customers and harassing them.
I had applied for Core i5 4th generation, but received i3, 3000 series. Have complained and received assurance for replacement. Hope to receive the same at the earliest. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ It is nearly 6 - 7 days now, Flipcard rrequested another 5 day to resolve the internal issue regarding wrong product delivery. Hope to receive the earliest reply from flipcart.
This is my worst experience with Flipkart. The issues started as soon as i ordered the product. Though the promised delivery time was 7 days, on 7th day i was told that the seller is not is not reachable. That too after i followed up. Customer support was so aweful that the only choice they have is to cancel the order. Never thought flipkart will not take any responsibility at all. After multiple escalations, finally product was delivered on 10 day. Now when i try booting it, the hard disk has an issue. When contacted Dell Service, they say - the hard disk is not genuine. The seller would have changed it. You need to contact flipkart. Now running behind return process. After raising the return request, somebody from flipkart called me and asked for lot of details. Finally he concluded the call saying, he is from Cell Phone department, not from Laptop... I should expect a call from concerned department within 24 hours. I am still wondering why a cell phone department guy called me when he knew that he is not the concerned person. Is this drama to ensure that they meet the SLAs like contacted the customer within 2 hours, though the call was not relevant...
working great till now. Good configuration at a great price. The product is per the expectation Definitely worth the buy
Product quality is very poor, touch pad is broken. Not a good item to buy online. Would suggest to buy from shop.
