This is the first time I brought a large appliance - refrigerator, I must say the service has been rediculous. This item has been delivered on Wednesday and demo was to be completed by Friday as per their message. since Wednesday I am being told someone is coming to give the demo 'tomorrow' and that tomorrow has not come yet, today is Saturday end of day. Flipkart ties you down to breach of warranty if you open or use the product and on the other hand takes days to complete a simple procedure. You call these guys for demo, they either don't pick up and if they do, there is no concrete answer as to when and what time someone will come. The most unprofessional part is the engineering called saying he is coming in 30 minutes, this was at 2 pm and no one has come until 6pm. When I called them, I was again told it will happen tomorrow. I must say Amazon service for large appliance is do much better. Such bad services must be penalised. I will return the refrigerator for sure if the engineer is not here by the so called end of day today.
Please do the demo or installation when u guyz deliver the product. Without fridge 5 days Things will get spoiled or else take the old fridge when u do the demo
This brand is a big Waste of money and time. Got this product installed in Oct'16 and it has not worked for even a single day. Have been trying for replacement since ever but customer care is not at all responsible for their customers. Customer care service is a joke! The company keeps telling me to get it repaired and it has been repaired like 10 odd times but it still is not working. Now I shall be going to consumer court. Please do not buy it! It's better to keep a tab for loaction at the initial login only rather than telling at the time of checkout that the product is not available on the given pincode. This really disappoints!
