The series was going to premiere originally in 2021, which was a Xacobeo year (when July 25, St. James the Great's day, falls on a Sunday), but due to the Covid restrictions, the celebrations of the Xacobeo year were delayed until 2022.
During the filming in Navarra, on the night of San Juan (June 23), the actors performed a ritual where they lit candles and wrote papers with things they wanted to overcome to burn them, and others with wishes or hopes to bury them under a tree with the hope to dig it up in the future.
