Post-apocalyptic Future | Bomb
The war between mankind and intelligent machines has begun - and the machines are winning. Tomasz is a deserter who tries to hide as far away from the battle as possible. In the vast emptiness of northern Scandinavia he meets Lilja, the last survivor of a resistance group, who is determined to fight the superior machines. A scheme that unavoidably collides with Tomasz's plan of lying low and surviving. With every minute that passes the machines get closer, searching for the last remains of the human race. And the enemy doesn't just shoot on sight - their perfect sensors are programmed to recognize human voice patterns. So if you speak or even whisper - you die.

Being huge fans of the 80s TV show "The Tripods" by the BBC, the filmmakers hid the title melody from that show in the waveform of an emergency signal in the film.
The blue drug that protagonist Tomasz is taking, is actually blue nail polish dye. The actor Stefan Ebel wasn't supposed to really take it but he did so anyway.
Only two lines are spoken by the actors in the whole film. One in English by Tomasz (Stefan Ebel) and the other one in Russian by Lilja (Siri Nase). Both are saying the words "I am here!" in their languages.
The whole film was financed via a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter by Daniel Raboldt and Thorsten Franzen. Almost everybody worked for free on this film, but got paid after the release of the film.
Most of the film was shot in Finland, north of the arctic circle during the period of the Midnight Sun. For the night scenes the crew added additional shooting days in Germany because it was never dark enough in Finland.
