Jackie Shroff and Aishwarya Rai had very bad vibes during the initial start of the film. In a interview where Jackie Shroff was asked to compare Aishwarya Rai to Sushmita Sen, Jackie stated he found Aishwarya's look ice cold and Sushmita very red hot. This comment did not go down well with Aishwarya Rai. In response to this comment from Jackie, Aishwarya stated " Mr. Shroff, I have not let you ever near me with your thermometer to know if I am ice cold or not!".

Govinda and Aishwarya Rai appeared in the same film for the first time.
