TRIVIA

Trivia

Rajiv Rai wanted John Abraham for Naseeruddin Shah's role. After thinking a lot, Rajiv decided to make the character older and opted for Naseeruddin.

The music used as background music in the scene where Om Puri raids the brothel, was from the song "Wicked Mille" by Orichalcum. A few years later Rajiv RaI had a song called "Boom (Raatein Badi)" in Asambhav. Rajiv used the intro music of "Wicked Mille" and turned it into a full fledged song.

Rajiv Rai's mother opposed the film's title. She felt it was a bad omen to name your film with a negative title. She proved right as the film was a box office disaster.

Rajiv Rai's last released film.

First Indian film to be digitally short on luster.
