Elisha Cuthbert discovered she was pregnant with her second child while filming.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, much of the filming was relocated from Canada to Georgia with the state doubling as 1986 Vancouver and Ottawa.

In an interview with Screen Rant, Nestor Carbonell and Allan Ungar said that despite their limited shooting schedule, they managed to film 200 scenes across 95 locations with Ungar sometimes directing three units at once.

Nestor Carbonell tore his Achilles tendon early on in production. Instead of going back to Los Angeles for surgery, he stayed for the remainder of the film with the help of a walking boot and finished all of his scenes.
