The Season 1 police station, Teresa's apartment, prison cells, rooftop, Professor Colleen Bradley's Office, and the morgue were all filmed in standing sets in Liberty Village area, Toronto, Ontario. The building has since been gutted and is no longer used for filming.
Season 1 parts 1 and 2 were filmed over a year apart and aired a year apart.
The first half of Season 1 (episodes 1-8) were filmed in both Toronto, Ontario and Vancouver /North Vancouver, BC. The second half of Season 1 (episodes 9-16) were filmed in Toronto with some exterior establish-er shots filmed in Vancouver, BC only.
Season 2 filming was moved to Hamilton, Ontario.
Actor Peter Outterbridge was unable to return for the second half of Season 1, so the character of 'Evan Ong' (played by actor Byron Mann) was created to replace him.
