The structure used for exterior shots of the cabin in the woods is the same cabin used in "Friday the 13th; Part 4".
In the original script, "The Noose" was called "The Black Noose". In pre-production, it was decided that a black noose would not show up as well in the dark, so it was changed to regular, beige rope and became simply "The Noose".
Snuff, the Demon Doll, was originally called Boo...a name that is actually referenced in the tagline of the Demon Doll poster in Grafton's home which reads "Whatever you do...DON'T say 'Boo'!"
The model on the "Deena the Double-Jointed Dominatrix" DVD cover is actually actress Dawna Lee Heising, who plays Nurse Voorhees.
The creepy, giggling voice of Snuff the Demon Doll was voiced by director Gregory Blair in an echoing bathroom.
