• Story:
  The series centers on the power struggle that unfolds at the Torregrosa Funeral Home after the founder and owner, Gonzalo Torregrosa, dies. His right-hand man, Dámaso Carrillo, believes he is the natural successor, but Gonzalo's septuagenarian widow, Nieves, decides to take the reins of the company. She is assisted by her clueless but enthusiastic son-in-law, Chemi, an expert in marketing.
