The neighbor who brings in food mentions cliff diving at a restaurant. That would imply it to be Casa Bonita, which is actually a real, theme based restaurant, resembling caves and villages inside the restaurant. There was one in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but closed a few years ago. The restaurant originated in Oklahoma City. One remains open in Lakewood, Colorado, and is mentioned several times in the show South Park.
