IMDbDie Hart is an action comedy series that follows Kevin Hart, who plays a fictionalised version of himself, as he tries to transition from being the comedic sidekick to becoming a leading action hero. He enrolls in an action hero training programme led by a tough instructor who uses unorthodox methods. Die Hart takes an expectedly satirical approach to the action genre, poking fun at the cliches and tropes of old-school action movies. The humor is in line with Kevin Hart's usual style, and the supporting cast, including Nathalie Emmanuel and John Travolta, add to the comedic tone. Overall, Die Hart is a light-hearted and entertaining action-comedy that offers plenty of laughs and references to classic action movies. While it may have originally flown under the radar, Prime Video release offers a chance for the series to reach a wider audience and showcase its humorous take on the genre.

Originally written for Bruce Willis but Willis didn't understand the concept of Quibi and turned it down replaced by John Travolta
When the Casting Director Tara Feldstein found out Bruce Willis had turned down the role, she turned to Nancy Naylor and asked, "What about the guy Bruce killed walking out of the toilet in Pulp Fiction?"
"Kevin Hart: I can do more than show up and do the funny or do the dance. Mikey: Would you do that dance? C'mon!"
"Studio Head: That may be the strangest movie I've ever seen. So bizarre and... violent."
