Echo 3, despite the name, is the first season of this action thriller show. Based on the Israeli award-winning series When Heroes Fly, this black ops thriller shows the tale of international conspiracy as it travels to Colombia for an epic hunt. The show beautifully reveals how a husband and a brother of a kidnapped woman must leave aside their professional differences and come together to bring her back home safely. That said, the problem with action "series" is that they usually tend to prolong action scenes over episodes to maintain the runtime, which is unusual compared to climax scenes in movies. While this is slightly weird to look at, we will excuse it for the military technicalities and action scenes that Echo 3 nails. It is a through and through military and international thriller, which if you are a genre fan, you will enjoy binge-watching.
