TRIVIA

Trivia

Alison Martin, who portrayed the cop harassing Blayne Weaver's Kip Desmond, played the mother to Weaver's character in the play ANON during its run at the Echo Theater Company. Alison's husband Dan Hagen was one of the leads in TEN TIL NOON, written by FAVOR's director Paul Osborne.

Director Paul Osborne badly twisted and sprained his ankle trying to move a light right after shooting the bottle-throwing scene. Osborne, who also photographed the film with a handheld camera, wrapped the ankle and continued shooting.

In the scenes where characters are drinking, the actors are really drinking wine and not grape juice as is customary on film sets. Producer Tiffany J. Shuttleworth had secured Roche Winery as a sponsor, and they'd sent the production a case.

While they had never acted together before FAVOR, both Patrick Day and Blayne Weaver took classes at the Los Angeles Young Actors Space over a decade prior. Patrick Day would later purchase and operate Young Actors Space.

Several trophies director Paul Osborne won for previous movies are visible in Kip Desmond's office doubling as that character's advertising awards. These include the TEN 'TIL NOON Best Screenplay Copper Wing, won at the Phoenix Film Festival.
