This is Dona Speir's seventh and final time she appears in Andy Sidaris's "L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies" series, her first appearance was in "Hard Ticket to Hawaii" (1987). It's also her last film in her career.
In a 1997 interview with Lollipop magazine, Julie Strain talked about appearing in this and other Sidaris movies: "I love his movies because they're so campy, they don't take themselves at all seriously. 'Put on your bikini so we can blow up this boat!' 'Here's the satellite disc that's gonna save the world!' Big boobs and dynamite. What else do you need? The only difference between them all is that he twists the bikini tops around a little in each one to make them even tighter."
In the 'dream sequence' with Kane and Donna Hamilton, Kane is seen wearing a tuxedo as homage to his real-life father Roger Moore as James Bond.
This was meant to be the last entry in director Andy Sidaris "L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies" series.
According to the audio commentary on the DVD and BD, director Andy Sidaris stated that the white Ford Mustang seen in this film was damaged on the left side. For that reason only the right, front and back sides are seen.
"Donna Hamilton: Kane! That bastard tried to have us killed!"
"Blu Steele: Captain Burke, you naughty nautical boy!"
