Allen Leech, Hugh Bonneville, Dame Maggie Smith, David Robb, Daisy Lewis, Christine Lohr, and Harriet Walter appeared in the television series Downton Abbey (2010).

This was shot at Athlehampton House which was a very popular location for Doctor Who (1963) stories, most notably, season six, episodes twenty-three through twenty-eight, "The Seeds of Death".

Characters played by Allen Leech and Daisy Lewis are described as being a couple in this film; the two would play a couple again in Downton Abbey (2010) as Tom Branson and the pugnacious school teacher Sarah Bunting.
