Pro-skaters Mike McGill and Rodney Mullen were the stunt doubles for Christian Slater.

Former pro-skater and Bones Brigade promoter Stacy Peralta worked as the Second-Unit director and consequently shot all of the skate sequences for the film.

The Cosmic Age Lodge used in the movie is now demolished. It was on Harbor Boulevard just south of the Disneyland entrance and north of Katella. Now part of Cars Land sits where the motel stood. Before the Disneyland area was drastically changed and the "Space Race" was in it's heyday, Harbor Boulevard had a lot of "Space Age" themed motels, as well as "Character" themed motels/hotels such as "The Peter Pan Lodge".

Popular Dialogues

"Brian Kelly: I don't know what's worse: getting blown up in nuclear war or having a 7-11 on every corner."

"Tina Trac: How did you get to be so cynical? Brian Kelly: Practice."
