James Roday's first effort as a director in a feature film. (Roday previously directed eight episodes of Psych and an episode of Battle Creek.)

In the scene with Anson and Kerry in the supply closet, he says, "Oh no, I've said too much." She replies, "You haven't said enough." This is paraphrasing a lyric from REM's "Losing My Religion".

Paul Rodriguez starred in A Million Little Things (2018) playing James Roday Rodriguez's (writer and director of this movie) father.

Popular Dialogues

"Stef: I've always been a fan of a well-placed disco ball. Any well placed ball really."

"Chuy: Listen, you're all very very sweet, and I appreciate that and that's one of the reasons why I hired you but it only takes one of us to open the safe and I'm the only one who has the combination. Kerry: That's not true, I know the combination. Chuy: No you don't! Yannick: I too know the combination. Chuy: Please don't do this. Hector: Yo, I could crack that remedial shit with my eyes closed."
