IMDbThe "Insidious" franchise has been sending chills through the bones of its fans for more than a decade, and the spine-chilling franchise displays no signs of relenting. In the realm of horror movies, the dead never stays dead for long, and malicious forces always find a way to come back. In keeping with this eerie tradition, a fifth installment of the Insidious series has been in the works and will soon be hitting the theatres to terrorize the audiences. Keeping in mind the success and the horrific experience that the previous chapters of the series managed to deliver it is only fair to expect good things from this sequel too. Set a decade after the events of the second film, Insidious: The Red Door follows Josh as he travels to college with his son, Dalton. However, the suppressed demons of their past threaten to come back and wreak havoc in their peaceful lives. Rose Byrne, Andrew Astor, and Ty Simpkins return to reprise their roles, in the hopes of delivering a familiar and spine-tingling atmosphere.
