TRIVIA

Trivia

Based on the famous horror short story 'The Monkey's Paw' by W.W. Jacobs.

The crew set off for Jomsom in October 2006 and shot for thirty days straight in Kagbeni, Jomsom, Marpha, and Shyang villages in Mustang district of Nepal.

Since that type of camera was being used for the first time in Nepal, there were some technical problems during filming and the crew-members had to walk a few hours to a cyber café to contact the company for instructions.

The filmmakers brought high-definition digital camera from an American company, Silicon Imaging. The camera as big as a CCTV uses a hard disk for recording and has inferior image quality compared to conventional film camera.

Debut film of Saugat Malla.
