IMDbThe main issue with Love is that Noe is so self-indulgent with the film and managed to leave little to no space for the audience to connect emotionally with the characters. Being classified as an intriguing and erotic film with a very thin plot that is worth seeing only for its titillating real sex scenes. Noé employs 3-D photography while constantly trying to give viewers a better frame. The audience did not seem to enjoy the movie because it has been criticized for the lack of a well-developed plot which makes the overall theme of the film a mess and difficult to comprehend by the viewers. The movie does not resonate well with its title and in short, is just a mere display of scenes and at times could be interpreted as a forced storyline. It did not receive a good IMDB rating as well. Sometimes it could be extremely frustrating for a viewer to view the meaning of Love from what is presented in the movie.

And he said, 'All right, take your pants off!' That was my ice breaker." Glusman added that starting in such a way made him nervous, but he nevertheless went ahead with it and enjoyed the overall filming experience.

"Murphy: I'm a loser. Yeah, just a dick. And dick has no brain. A dick has only one purpose: to fuck. And I fucked it all up. Yeah. I'm good at one thing: fucking things up."
