The clean scripting by Abhilash Pillai and the excellent direction by Vishnu Sasi Shankar made this movie more authentic. Though, the movie is categorized as a Hindu devotional movie but it doesn't hurt the sentiments of any other religions and also didn't try to create any religious or political propaganda. Devananda playing the role of Kallu has done wonders. It's very difficult to believe how an eight year girl did such a great job. She definitely left a mark on the minds of all watching with her acting and cuteness. All the other actors including Unni Mukundan, Sampath Ram, Sajju Kurup and that little boy Sreepath did very well. Some of the scenes of the movie are a treat to watch, one of them being the jungle fight scene. To be honest, there's nothing very extraordinary about the story, it's a simple one but will definitely make you fall in love with the characters.Â
