Yashoda is a Telugu thriller that has Samantha in the lead role. And with a superstar like her, the movie promises some solid acting and powerful action sequences. The movie is about a poor girl who forcibly becomes a surrogate mother. But reality hits her hard when she discovers the dark web of surrogate mafia as she decides to find the entire truth. This is an endearing watch, headlined by a female lead, as it reveals how a woman behind the truth can go to any length possible to find out what she is after. The offbeat nature of the script is interesting and makes for some nice suspense. The actors, apart from Samantha, are also brilliant in their respective roles. Furthermore, the sequences including the climax are well written and edited. However, there are several logical fallacy issues with the film's script, which we will avoid mentioning due to spoilers for the plot. All in all, if you are a Samantha fan, this will be a great flick to stream.
