The Blu-ray release of this film includes Into The Mirror (2003) as a bonus disc on the flipside of the DVD copy of this film (this film's predecessor was a loose remake of that particular film).
Former Disney and Nickelodeon star Christy Carlson Romano said in a 2008 interview with MTV that she recently went to see Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe in the play Equus, where he goes totally nude. She found herself sitting next to James Lipton, host of "Into the Actors Studio." They started talking about child stars using nudity to break into more adult roles and he asked if she would ever go nude. She said she didn't know. Two years later she appeared totally nude in this film.
The mirror reflections never speak, but simply give silent clues to their intentions.
After Max's first incident seeing something strange in the mirrors he goes to see Dr. Beaumont who reassures him that there there are a lot of superstitions and sayings onvolving mirrors. The first is Korean, an hommage to the original movie that inspired the first Mirrors movie.
"[last lines] Henry Schow: Hello Eleanor."
"[first lines] Max Matheson: It was my fault. I was the one driving when it happened. Max Matheson: After the accident, I started seeing things, things that couldn't be real. But I'm not crazy. Dr. Beaumont: I know. Your father knows. Anyone who knows you knows that."
