The villain is a former Captain of the Legion Etranger all NCO's and officers wear Black Kepi in the Legion not White! & when he wears the uniform the regimental badge is of the 2eme REI but the braiding worn on his shoulder is red of the regimental honor awarded to the 2eme REP (also has parachute badge, but that's possible and not uncommon for cadre's of 2eme REI to have once served as parachute troops) small things but the lack of attention to detail annoyed me.
