TRIVIA

Trivia

The story was loosely inspired by a reallife "pigs versus freaks" baseball game in 1970, a story discussed at the time in TIME Magazine.

Filmed in 1980, but not broadcast until 1984.

The game announcer was played by Tom Harmon, who in real life was a college football player at the University of Michigan and won the Heisman Trophy as the best player in college football in 1941.
