TRIVIA

Trivia

None of the actors in the film were asked to audition for their roles. Director Mitch McLeod chose them all based off of previous performances and, in some cases, the roles were written specifically for the actors involved.

In its early screenings, one scene in particular caused multiple walkouts, with audience members describing it as "disturbing and unsettling".

The voice of the "radio pastor" heard throughout the film is that of Silhouette Cinematographer and Editor Marc Rouse.

Due to the technical complexity of the opening shot of the film, actress April Hartman was required to lie on her back in the tall grass for over 90 minutes. Because of this, the blood makeup she was drenched in acted as a sunscreen and she developed streaky Tanlines on her arms and face.
