Alanna Ubach said they decided to use a body double for her topless scene because they felt her boobs weren't big enough. She had a 32C bust and she said the director wanted some "real cartoony circus boobies." But she got to help him and the producer choose the double which was fun. They sat in a trailer while a bunch of young nervous sweet girls came in one at a time, lifted their shirts and showed their bare breasts. Ubach and the guys would stare at them a few moments, say "Okay, thank you," and they'd walk out. Ubach said then some "cartoon-tit chick came in with ginormous boobs" and the director said, "Okay, that's the one!" So they hired her. Ubach didn't end up having any input on their decision, so she suspected the guys only wanted a girl there so they wouldn't seem like "perverted idiots watching a bunch of boobs." Right after this film, she said she was cast in the HBO series Hung (2009) where she got to go full frontal nude, "and no one had any complaints about my small tits."
Mega64 co-founder, Rocco Botte, regarded the film to be his all-time favorite film. He owns the most collection of DVD and Blu-Ray copies of Still Waiting... and is reportedly the number-one fan of the film.
