Years ago, the Tagusari brothers' parents were brutally murdered. In a cruel twist of fate, the statute of limitations on their parents' case expired just two days before Japan officially abolished it for murder. With the killer now technically free from legal pursuit, the brothers decide to take matters into their own hands.
