TRIVIA

Trivia

Director Tim Cash & musician Pennan Brae had previously worked on 10 music videos together.

The 4th of July scene in 'The Astronot' was not filmed in Summer but on the brink of an early season snowstorm at the end of October. It was 38 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of filming.

An early season snowfall in late October prevented the crew of 'The Astronot' to complete filming. They had to wait until next February for an early Spring thaw to complete the final 2 days of shooting.

The opening scenes of 'The Astronot' were filmed in a 1940s era cottage along the banks of the Deschutes River in Central Oregon.

The 1912 Harley used in 'The Astronot' needed repair 5 days into the shoot as the sidecar became separated from the motorcycle. Luckily a neighbor across the street was a professional welder who was able to reattach the sidecar & filming then resumed.
