TRIVIA

Trivia

Dave Schools, bass player with Widespread Panic, plays with Weir during the end credits.

In addition to the Grateful Dead and The Other Ones (remaining members of the Grateful Dead after the passing of Jerry Garcia in 1995) Weir also played with Ratdog, Bobby and the Midnites, and Kingfish.

Although not mentioned in the movie, all four of Weir's natural brothers were also guitar players. His brother James died of cancer in 1991. Weir played one of his late brother's guitars, a vintage Fender Telecaster, on stage with the Grateful Dead.

The twelfth Netflix original documentary.
