• Story:
  Based on the novel by Valter Hugo Mãe, the film follows Crisóstomo, a 40-year-old fisherman who feels incomplete without a family. His solitary life takes a turn when he meets Camilo, an orphan boy, whom he decides to raise as his own. Their bond grows, and they are soon joined by Isaura, a woman escaping her own painful past, and Antonino, a misunderstood young man. Together, this unlikely group navigates their scars and societal prejudices to form a unique family.
